HyperFX Research Desk

How HyperFX research and analysis are created

The HyperFX methodology for market data, deterministic calculations, AI use, setup validation, sources, editorial review and corrections.

Direct answer

Code calculates prices, indicators, structure and risk. AI explains the evidence. Deterministic validation has the final veto, and incomplete data produces NO TRADE rather than invented certainty.

Data before narrative

The instrument, timeframe and current market snapshot are verified before a scenario is shown. Crypto market data comes from public exchange feeds; forex and other markets use the providers identified in the product. Missing or stale snapshots are labelled and may block a trade.

  • Closed candles for structure
  • Source and timestamp retained
  • No interpolation of missing prices
  • Forex precision is preserved

Deterministic decision layer

BOS, CHoCH, pivots, fair-value gaps, order-block freshness, sweeps, ATR, volume ratios, entry distance and risk/reward are calculated in code. A scenario must pass direction, freshness, invalidation and minimum R:R gates.

  • AI cannot override a veto
  • No-trade is a valid result
  • Targets and stops are derived from market structure
  • Every automated candidate records its veto reason

What AI is allowed to do

AI reads a screenshot and summarizes the validated market evidence in plain language. It may classify visible structure and explain competing scenarios. It may not invent a live price, a historical snapshot, an order, a performance result or a liquidation level.

  • Structured output
  • Schema validation
  • Market-data cross-check
  • Failure does not consume a successful analysis credit

Derivatives and pressure data

For supported crypto instruments HyperFX displays public open interest, funding and 24-hour volume. Liquidation-pressure zones are an OI+funding+ATR proxy, clearly labelled as an estimate; they are not a true user-position heatmap and never create a setup by themselves.

  • Venue and timestamp displayed
  • Proxy is labelled
  • No fake forex OI
  • Secondary evidence only

Editorial and performance integrity

Guides are maintained by the HyperFX Research Desk with product and risk review. Setup results are settled against stored market candles. Break-even, expiry, stop and target remain separate outcomes; historical outcomes are never rewritten to improve marketing statistics.

  • Publication and modification dates
  • Auditable setup lifecycle
  • Affiliate disclosure
  • Corrections update the change history

Primary-source policy

We prefer exchange API documentation and market data, broker contract specifications, and official regulator or market-education material. Partner commercial claims are not treated as analytical evidence.
